Thank you for your interest in our Qigong (chee gong) Classes.  Newcomers are always welcome!

 

These "drop-in" classes are held during the week at various venues from April through November.

Come a few minutes early so we can greet you.  Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.  Feel free to bring a friend or two.

 

Qigong  means "energy practice."  It is an ancient Chinese system of health and wellness.  It consists of a series of simple stretches, gentle exercises, and flowing movements.  Qigong is fun and easy!  Everyone goes at his or her own comfort level.

 

The benefits are many, including increasing energy, lowering stress levels, improving circulation, assisting the respiratory and digestive systems, reducing blood pressure, better sleep, improving balance, more flexibility, healthier bones & joints, and reversing the aging process.  

 

Be sure you have approval from your doctor before starting this and any exercise program.

 

While these ongoing classes are FREE, we encourage a $5.00 per person donation (optional) at each class.  We do not keep any of this money and 100% is given to needy charities/agencies and people in need.  As a group, we have raised over $21,000 for charity!
